Plastic Injection Factory

To guarantee the quality, the fan plastic is made by ourselves. We can make 20000 pcs plastics one day.

Motor Production

We can make copper and aluminum motor. 96% electric fans imported to oversea markets is full copper motor. We can make 16000 pcs motor one day.

Fan Assembling Production Line

There are more than 400 workers and 10 production lines in our factory. Approximately 15000 pcs electric fans are done one day.

Electric Fan Storage

Before loading, the goods are stored in our warehouse.

Samples Testing

Test items include power,voltage,air flow,rpm,life and so on. Before making the mass goods, we test the sample to guarantee the quality.

Efficiency Testing

Some countries need CB and high efficiency. Low power and strong air flow.

Noise Testing

The noise is under 60 db.

Packing Drop Testing

Our packing can prevent damage when the fan drops from 1.5 m high.

Components Testing

Some devices test the components, such as switch, oscillation, handle,plastic,blade, grill......
